On August 1, I’ll be at Barnes & Noble Northcross in McAllen, Texas, from 2 pm to 3 pm, reading from my YA fantasy novel THE SMOKING MIRROR, answering questions and signing books. I will probably also talk about and share from BORDER LORE as well.

Today at a conference, TEDxMcAllen revealed the roster for our local TED event, scheduled for October. I am thrilled to tell you that I will be one of the speakers.
